Navx Content Factory is the Romanian branch of the French company Navx.

NAVX is a community platform of geolocalized content. We provide services for various types of GPS devices that are currently used as automobile navigation
devices, and for GPS-equipped mobile phones.
Our platform connects GPS with the Internet and allows customers to generate their own content, share it and upload it onto their GPS.
The installed base of GPS devices is currently booming, with double digit growth, mass distribution in retail channels and massive advertising campaigns.
The market for connected navigation services is estimated to 1 billion euros in 2010.
At that time, 35% of the European car fleet (that is 70 millions vehicles) will have a GPS, and a substantial part of them will buy and consume services.
NAVX is a very innovative company. It combines information push/pull protocols with billing systems, real-time information, databases and software engines.

Assignment Description:
· Design and code from specifications, analyzes, evaluates, tests, debugs, documents, and implements complex mobile application
· Participate in the evaluation, recommendation, and selection of hardware and software solutions
· Interface with different departments within the organization regarding new deployments |

Skills Required:
· Experience with ANDROID at least an year, or Java more years
· SQLite, Linux, JME technologies, MIDlet or CLDC apps on BlackBerry
· Knowledge of other contemporary mobile platforms such as Symbian, Windows Mobile (CE), Linux-mobile, Objective-C or equivalent are also highly desirable
Solid concept of Java, OOP, design pattern, multi-threading
· Experience in working on Agile development environment
· Good understanding of network Protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP etc.
· Required: Bachelor's Degree
